Technical Service Manager - Industrial Technology Leader

Our client is a leading international industrial technology group specializing in environmental solutions for highly regulated industries. To support the growth of its aftermarket activities, the company is looking for a Service Manager to lead service operations in Belgium, develop long-term customer relationships and drive recurring service revenue through maintenance, inspections and technical support.

Lead and coordinate daily service activities across Belgium Plan and optimize technician schedules and field interventions Manage external contractors and service partners Conduct technical inspections and customer visits Identify improvement opportunities and prepare service proposals Develop and expand maintenance and service contracts within existing accounts Ensure high service quality, safety and customer satisfaction Support the future growth of the service department and service offering Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, inspections, field service or technical service environments Strong electrical and automation understanding Comfortable working with digital technologies, sensors and connected equipment Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors or service activities Fluent Dutch and French are essential Good professional English skills Hands-on leader with strong customer focus Team player able to work in a structured international environment Proactive, pragmatic and comfortable with change
