Job Description

Join Live Nation Entertainment's Concert division as a Social Insights Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for social listening, reporting, and analytics, uncovering insights and trends for actionable storytelling opportunities, guiding marketing strategy, and informing cross-functional partners on social, cultural, and influencer trends. You will own measurement and analysis of earned social conversation, run social listening across tour cycles, measure fan- and creator-generated content, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, run competitive and benchmark analysis, build alert systems for emerging artist topics, and partner with social listening-tool vendors and cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in building scalable analytics systems while staying deeply connected to cultural and platform trends and developments.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure
  • Strong communication skills: you can turn a spike in conversation into a one-slide "so what" for non-technical stakeholders
  • 2–4 years in social media analytics, social listening, and/or digital insights with a focus on earned measurement (agency or in-house social team preferred)
  • Proven ability to own analytics end-to-end (query design, reporting, dashboard development and maintenance), with a track record of spotting and fixing gaps in reporting infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • Comfortable with audience demographic tools such as Audiense as well as platform follower demographics through CreatorIQ
  • Hands-on experience with social listening and publishing tools (Meltwater, Brandwatch, Sprout, Quid, etc.) plus platform-native analytics
  • A proactive, collaborative team player who flags insights before they're asked for and adapts to evolving leadership needs
  • Deep understanding of social platforms as both a fan and an analyst: how conversation forms, why things spread, what fans respond to, plus genuine curiosity about cultural trends, emerging formats, and creator marketing
  • Fluency in earned-social metrics (share of voice, sentiment, mention volume) and a clear sense of which ones actually matter
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a solid grasp of Boolean logic for query development
  • Passion for live music, touring, and artist marketing
  • Experience with sentiment analysis, text/topic classification, or unstructured conversation data
  • Familiarity with creator/influencer earned-coverage measurement
  • Experience connecting earned social signals to broader marketing or fan-growth outcomes
