Regional Marketing Coordinator (LN Concerts)

Join Live Nation, the world's leading live entertainment company, as a Regional Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support multiple marketing efforts, coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets, compile advertising settlement recap reports, and assist with grassroots marketing campaigns. You will also work with internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns on various digital platforms and assist with local sponsorship marketing recaps. This position requires strong collaboration skills, extensive music knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordination and delivery of marketing assets to partners, invoice coding and payment, and event marketing recap reports.
• Researching audience and artist demographic information to help shape marketing plans and inform marketing strategy.
• Assisting with grassroots marketing campaigns, local sponsorship marketing recaps, and compiling press requests for event media coverage.

• Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
• Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams
• Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert or sports marketing experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 1+ years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred, but not required
• Willingness to travel as needed
