Vice President of Product Management (Enterprise)

Join Housecall Pro as the Vice President of Product Management - Enterprise. In this role, you will set the strategic vision and oversee the execution of the Enterprise product roadmap, driving growth across Franchise, Private Equity Roll Up, and Multi-location organizations. You will lead the Enterprise product management team, collaborate closely with various departments, and establish key performance indicators to monitor effectiveness. • You are especially fluent in working with sales in an enterprise context
• Significant expertise in Enterprise product strategy, market research, product lifecycle management, and translating customer and market insights into scalable product investments
• Experience working with SaaS or Fintech platforms
• Experience with budget management and resource planning
• Deep experience partnering with Enterprise Sales organizations to navigate complex customer requirements, inform commercial opportunities, and translate market needs into scalable product strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Track record of integrating AI and emerging technologies into organizational strategy and operations to accelerate innovation and scale
• Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate and execute a clear vision
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on team development
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Innovative mindset, with a passion for identifying new opportunities and driving continuous improvement
• An extraordinary history of macro-level execution driven by either immense multi-disciplinary breadth or world-class domain depth
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience representing product teams at the executive level
• Master of organizational systems thinking who can instinctively see around corners, deconstruct traditional silos, and successfully disrupt your own status quo to build, scale, and pioneer entirely new strategic horizons from the ground up
