Director of Product Management (Platform)

In this strategic and hands-on role, you will own the vision and strategy for the Core Platform, managing a high-performing team of Product Managers and collaborating closely with various departments. You will be responsible for setting the long-term product vision, defining shared problems to solve, establishing measures of success, leading AI-native platform development, and representing the platform portfolio with company leadership. • Set the long-term product vision and strategy across the Platform portfolio, defining which shared problems the platform should solve and how the portfolio should evolve.
• Lead AI-native platform development, shaping how people and agents use the platform and how AI changes the product and software development lifecycle.
• Hire, lead, and develop Product Managers with strong product judgment, technical fluency, and ownership, supporting them in translating strategy into clear goals, roadmaps, and priorities.

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in product leadership roles with direct people management responsibilities
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or agentic tools for engineers or internal users, including defining how their work is evaluated
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, architecture, data, reliability, security, developer tooling, and technical tradeoffs, with the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers
• Proven track record of leading platform product teams and launching or scaling shared capabilities used across multiple products, teams, or customer experiences
• Exceptional judgment and product taste, with the ability to guide teams toward simple, usable solutions to complex technical problems
• Conviction without rigidity, bringing an independent point of view while changing direction when new evidence warrants it
• Strategic and hands-on leadership that stays close enough to customers, teams, and the work to improve actual decisions
• Curious and self-directed, with a track record of learning quickly and succeeding in unfamiliar or ambiguous areas
• Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
