Senior Product Manager (Growth)

• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para desarrollar y validar soluciones impactantes, liderar la planificación de sprints, la priorización del backlog y el desarrollo de la hoja de ruta del producto.
• Supervisar los lanzamientos de productos y coordinar con Marketing, Ventas y Soporte al Cliente para una ejecución sin problemas.

• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, and user experience best practices
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
• Experience with growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly) and experimentation
• Demonstrated ability to align teams around a strategic vision and execute effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch, particularly prior growth or PLG experience; experience building AI/agentic PLG experiences a plus
• 6+ years of experience in product management
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a Software as a Service or technology-focused company preferred
• Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
• A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
