Senior Staff Product Manager (Estimates)

As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will drive the development and execution of product strategies across the Estimates experience, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations. You will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and ensure initiatives align with company objectives while delivering measurable business impact.

• Define and execute product vision and strategy across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop high-impact solutions.
• Shape and refine user experience through research, user testing, and data-driven insights.

• Expertise in using growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
• Ability to align multiple teams toward a shared vision while maintaining execution excellence
• Strong knowledge of agile development, product strategy, and user experience best practices
• Passion for user experience and deep customer empathy
• A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
• Comfort working asynchronously and communicating clearly across time zones
• Experience with pricing, quoting, or estimating workflows (e.g., field service, construction, or B2B SaaS)
• Proven ability to drive alignment across adjacent product domains and business functions without owning every surface
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience partnering with detail-oriented, remote engineering teams, including limited time zone overlap, and writing complete, edge-case-aware requirements
• 8+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of complex product initiatives
• Experience mentoring and developing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging data to drive business impact
