Leadership Sourcer

Join Peregrine, a rapidly growing company expanding into new industries and geographies. As a Leadership Sourcer, you will identify and engage exceptional executive and senior leadership talent. You will partner closely with recruiting leadership, hiring executives, and senior leadership to bring exceptional leadership talent into the company. Your responsibilities will include market mapping, building target-company ecosystems, and proactively sourcing and engaging passive leadership candidates. You will also maintain organized pipelines and candidate activity within our applicant tracking system and recruiting tools.

• Identifying and engaging exceptional executive and senior leadership talent across the company.
• Partnering closely with recruiting leadership, hiring executives, and senior leadership to translate leadership hiring needs into clear search strategies.
• Conducting intake conversations that assess leadership trajectory, scope, impact, and motivations, and translating research into actionable market insights.

• Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to manage pipelines, track candidate activity, and maintain organized hiring workflows
• Naturally curious and creative in your sourcing approach; constantly exploring new ways to uncover and engage top leadership talent beyond traditional channels
• Exceptional research and market-mapping capabilities, with experience building leadership talent markets from scratch
• 5+ years of experience sourcing senior or executive-level talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential searches and sensitive organizational information
• Ability to research organizational structures and identify the actual scope and reporting relationships of executives and senior leaders (not simply searching by title)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with senior leaders and represent Peregrine's mission, team, and culture
