Director of Communications

Join Peregrine, a growing technology company, as the Director of Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our integrated technology, product, and AI communications program, increasing awareness of Peregrine and our platform across various audiences. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and an external PR agency to execute our communications strategy and grow our thought leadership in AI, trust, privacy, and data governance. • Drive the execution of our external product, technology and AI communications strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with an external PR agency to craft and execute our communications strategy across traditional and new media.
• Grow and diversify our thought leadership around topics of AI, trust, privacy, data governance and technology in real-world applications.

• The ideal candidate is a hands-on communications pro with a passion for crafting compelling company and product narratives, developing thought leadership content and platforms for our executive teams and working across the organization to drive results
• We’re looking for a critical thinker with strong writing and communication skills, deep AI/Security/public safety product knowledge, a wide network of relationships across traditional and new media, excitement to experiment and a passion for pioneering the future of cities
• A self-starter who loves working across different teams in the company to drive alignment and clarity
• You have deep new and traditional media relationships, strong writing skills and a finger on the pulse of what’s making headlines
• 10+ years of experience in Communications either in-house, agency or a combination of both
• All-around Communications pro across external and internal communications initiatives
