Staff Product Designer

Join Peregrine as a Staff Product Designer, where you'll shape the design direction for public safety teams working with data. You'll have the opportunity to see Peregrine in the field, partner with Design, Engineering, and Product leadership, and lead ambitious design initiatives. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong portfolio of design work, and a passion for creating intuitive workflows. • A strong portfolio of design work that conveys both craft and an ability to lead and ship successful products
• Located in the San Francisco or New York area and open to working in office
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving, and sometimes unstructured environment, and to create structure where none exists
• Exceptional interaction design, visual design and design thinking, with the ability to clearly articulate your thought process to peers and executives
• Passion for distilling complex problems into intuitive workflows while maintaining the quality and polish of the product
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Origami
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow from a team of high-performing builders
• Experience mentoring designers and influencing beyond your immediate team
