Senior Product Manager (Applied AI)

• Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, diseño, marketing de productos, datos, estrategia, operaciones y plataformas de IA para validar soluciones, influir en las prioridades interfuncionales y impulsar los resultados del producto y comerciales.
• Utilizar la retroalimentación de los clientes, las entradas comerciales, los datos del producto y el rendimiento del sistema de IA para tomar decisiones de producto de alto impacto y mejorar continuamente los resultados para nuestros profesionales.

• You bring deep customer empathy, analytical rigor, technical curiosity, and strong design instincts to products where model behavior, context, quality, and trust directly shape the user experience
• Experience with product analytics and growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly...)
• 5+ years of product management experience, including a proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
• Experience defining product metrics, evaluations, quality measures, adoption funnels, and feedback loops for products where success depends on both user behavior and system performance
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, user experience principles, and product analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience building AI-powered products, automation, assistants, copilots, agents, search, recommendation systems, workflow software, or other technically complex products
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
• Technical fluency with AI product concepts including large language model capabilities and constraints, model behavior, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, reliability, latency, cost, and safety
• Ability to operate effectively at strategic and tactical levels, moving fluidly from product vision and portfolio priorities to requirements, prototype feedback, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration
• Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
• Deep customer obsession and motivation to understand the practical realities of helping Pros save time, grow profitably, and deliver excellent service
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills within a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences that creates alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, Go-to-Market, Operations, and leadership
• Strong product and design judgment that makes powerful technology feel simple, useful, trustworthy, and respectful of the user’s workflow
• A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery
• Hands-on curiosity with AI tools and emerging capabilities while remaining grounded in customer outcomes rather than novelty
