Technical Recruiter

Join Compass as a Technical Recruiter and manage the full recruitment life cycle. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, source candidates, and promote the Compass brand. You should have at least 3 years of experience recruiting engineers, proficiency in Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems, and excellent communication skills.

• Gérer et piloter l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement en sourçant, en examinant les CV, en coordonnant les entretiens et en déterminant la pertinence des candidats.
• Travailler en collaboration avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre les besoins de chaque département et évaluer rapidement les candidats.
• Sourcer proactivement des candidats actifs et passifs par le biais de recommandations, de réseaux et de bases de données internes.

• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite
• Experience with Greenhouse (or other relevant Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines
