Technical Recruiter

Join Compass as a Technical Recruiter and manage the full recruitment life cycle. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates, and promote the Compass brand. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience recruiting engineers, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various software applications.

• High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
• B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines
• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers
• Experience with Greenhouse (or other relevant Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite
