Technical Recruiter

Join Compass as a Technical Recruiter and manage the full recruitment life cycle. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates, and promote the Compass brand. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience recruiting engineers, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication skills.

• Experience with Greenhouse (or other relevant Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
