Technical Recruiter

Join Compass as a Technical Recruiter, where you will drive the talent acquisition strategy for our growing teams in Engineering, Data, and Product. You will partner with hiring managers to develop and manage sourcing and recruiting strategies, promote the Compass culture, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various computer software applications.

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies for technical positions.
• Drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicants.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse (or other relevant Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing engineers
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches
• B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
