Manager of Commercial Sales

Join Navan, a leading platform in travel and expense management, as the Manager of Commercial Sales. In this role, you will develop and scale a team of Commercial Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and break into untapped territories. You will report directly to the West Director of Commercial Sales and be based in San Francisco. Key responsibilities include building and engaging a team, instilling pipeline generation practices, accurately forecasting sales revenue, and overseeing day-to-day AE activity. • Prévoir avec précision et atteindre les objectifs de revenus mensuels/trimestriels, en supervisant l'activité quotidienne des Account Executives.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets across teams and individually
• Experienced in hiring and training talent at scale
• Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• 2+ years experience as a direct sales leader/manager of a technology company
• Experience using Salesforce for accurate forecasting
• Proven experience recruiting and developing top talent
• Ability to function in a “Player/Coach” capacity
• 2+ years as an AE individual contributor within the Commercial/Mid-Market
• Bachelor's degree preferred
