Vice President of Total Rewards

Join Sophos, a global leader in cybersecurity, as the Vice President of Total Rewards. In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our global total rewards programs, including executive compensation, equity programs, compensation programs, global benefits, technology and analytics, and team building. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure our programs reflect business priorities and financial considerations. • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Sophos's global total rewards programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and local requirements.
• Oversee analysis and reviews of executive compensation programs, and support the preparation of materials for the Board.
• Lead the design, evaluation, and delivery of base pay, variable pay, equity, and recognition programs, with a clear focus on fairness and market competitiveness.

• You will bring deep rewards expertise and use reliable data, responsible AI, and automation to improve decisions, the employee experience, and how we operate at scale
• Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends. Experience with the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and India is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences, lead teams, and guide change across the organization
• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, ideally in a complex, global technology company
• The ability to turn strategy into action, manage competing priorities, improve how work gets done, and build constructive relationships across the business
• The judgment to move comfortably between strategic leadership and hands-on work when needed
• Hands-on experience managing equity programs, including experience in a private equity environment
• A strong track record of designing and delivering total rewards strategies that support business results
