Senior Product Manager (AI-Native Products)

In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for your surface, conduct customer and partner discovery, lead product delivery, drive adoption and engagement, ensure quality and safety, and contribute to commercial readiness. • Direct, hands-on experience with the LLM product stack: RAG, prompt engineering, evals, model selection trade-offs, latency versus quality decisions, and hallucination mitigation
• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience
• Have hands-on experience driving action in ambiguous spaces
• Strong instincts for what makes AI features get used versus abandoned. You have opinions on onboarding, default behaviors, engagement expansion, and correcting the failure modes that erode trust
• Demonstrated track record building for expert users, with a strong intuition for delivering the right solution for the right problem at the right time
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication. This team operates in a tight loop with the CEO, President, CTO, and other executives, and the ideal candidate will navigate the different stakeholders with ease
• Cybersecurity, security operations, IT operations, or observability product experience
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems: tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, or similar
• MSP or MSSP channel product experience, including multi-tenant and partner-delivered motions
• Experience with AI governance, data loss prevention, or acceptable-use policy enforcement
