Senior Partnerships Manager (Bankrate)

• Gérer les relations quotidiennes et la performance des partenaires affiliés et éditeurs de haute valeur dans les domaines des cartes de crédit, du prêt immobilier et des dépôts.
• Diriger la recherche et l'intégration de nouveaux partenariats pour élargir la portée et diversifier la performance des canaux.
• Négocier les structures de commission, les placements et les initiatives de co-marketing pour protéger la marge tout en augmentant le volume.

• Partnerships track record: 3–5 years managing affiliate or publisher partnerships against measurable performance goals. Experience in financial services is a plus
• Platform fluency: Experience with affiliate networks, SaaS platforms, or internal tracking systems
• Ownership mindset: A self-starter with a performance-first orientation who doesn't wait to be told what's next
• Stakeholder management: Strong communication and organization skills; comfortable managing multiple partners and internal stakeholders at once
• Negotiation and analytical range: A skilled negotiator with an analytical mindset and genuine partner empathy — you can hold both sides of a deal at once
