Senior Manager of FP&A

Join Morning Consult as a Senior Manager of FP&A, where you will be a key finance partner to our Go-to-Market organization. In this highly visible role, you will own the accuracy, automation, and presentation of GTM-facing dashboards and reporting, providing decision support directly to GTM leadership. You will report to the Senior Director of FP&A and have the opportunity for growth in scope as the FP&A function expands.

• Background in a go-to-market-facing finance function — experience gained in professional services (banking, consulting) or in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment is equally valued
• Comfort providing decision support and financial advisory directly to GTM/Commercial leadership
• Working knowledge of gross and net revenue retention and other core SaaS/subscription revenue metrics
• Proactive with status updates. Surfaces progress and blockers without being prompted
• Strong attention to detail and a bias toward clean, accurate, well-presented data
• Willing to take feedback, learn and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for a range of audiences
• Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in financial modeling, reporting, or analysis workflows
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of ambiguous or evolving scope
