Senior Financial Analyst (GTM FP&A)

Join ServiceTitan, a high-growth technology company, as a Senior Financial Analyst in a highly visible and impactful role. You will serve as a dedicated FP&A partner, driving the monthly close process, managing headcount and expense planning, and turning data into decisions. You will also be a trusted business partner, leveraging AI and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.

• Drive the monthly close process, prepare variance commentary, and raise any risks and opportunities to both finance and GTM leadership teams.
• Manage headcount and expense planning, lead the monthly forecasts and annual operating plan to translate business needs into accurate forecasts.
• Build a deep command of the P&L to diagnose what's driving performance, shape strategic narratives, and partner with leadership on high-impact analyses.

• Comfortable solving problems and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving ambiguous environment
• 3–5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role preferably at a high growth technology company
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plans
• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance
• AI-forward - you actively use AI tools to work faster and go deeper
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiences
• Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals (variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting)
