Strategic Finance

Join Nooks, a fast-growing company in the SaaS industry, as a Strategic Finance professional. In this role, you will own the company's KPI framework, drive unit economics, manage strategic initiatives, and partner with leaders to drive results. You will work directly with the VP Finance and senior leadership, leading high-impact special projects across Finance, GTM efficiency, fundraising, and new initiatives. This position offers significant ownership from Day 1 and the opportunity to drive real change in the company's growth.

• Own and drive the company's KPI framework, providing insights and flagging risks early.
• Partner with department leaders to set targets and hold regular operating cadences to track progress.
• Lead high-impact special projects across Finance, GTM efficiency, fundraising, and new initiatives.

• Fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics, and how they connect to the P&L and cash
• Exposure to fundraising, board reporting or investor diligence
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. SQL, database, and a BI tool (Looker, Power BI, Hex or similar) are a strong plus
• Strong written and oral executive and inter-department communication skills. You can drive a narrative and be a strong business partner
• Experience in sales tech, GTM software or usage- and consumption-based pricing
• Expert financial modeling
• High ownership, self-driven, and comfort in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
• Outcomes-focused and a track record of driving real results. You challenge assumptions and ask why
• 4–7 years in strategic finance, FP&A or corporate finance at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
• Hands-on building experience with AI tools in finance
