Head of Talent Acquisition

Join our rapidly growing technology startup as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing global recruiting organization, implementing AI-powered recruiting strategies, and serving as a trusted partner to our executive team. You will lead and scale the Talent Acquisition function, design and execute a global recruiting strategy, build and mentor a high-performing TA team, and establish key recruiting metrics. • Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition function to support the company's rapid growth across all business units.
• Design and execute a global recruiting strategy that leverages AI and automation to drive efficiency, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

• The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices with a passion for innovation and automation. San Francisco Bay Area candidates strongly preferred due to the proximity to our executive team
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a hands-on approach to execution
• 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including time at a high-growth startup
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a track record of using technology to improve recruiting outcomes
• Proven track record of scaling TA functions in late-stage startups or unicorn-stage companies, ideally with PLG and SMB go-to-market experience
• Experience managing global recruiting teams and hiring across technical, go-to-market, and G&A roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong operational mindset, with expertise in recruiting metrics, process design, and systems implementation
