Paid Media Manager (Media)

Join our team as a Paid Media Manager, where you will be responsible for driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You will manage campaigns day-to-day, oversee budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strategic and operational mindset, as well as a strong analytical background. You will work closely with analytics to measure and attribute results, and constantly test new tactics to unlock scalable growth.

• Gérer et optimiser les campagnes publicitaires payantes sur Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
• Assumer la responsabilité des budgets et des prévisions des canaux, en gérant le coût d'acquisition client (CAC), le retour sur les dépenses publicitaires (ROAS) et les objectifs d'efficacité.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe d'analyse pour mesurer, évaluer et attribuer les résultats, et transformer ces résultats en actions.

• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize
• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders
• Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership
• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
