Performance Marketing Manager

Join our team as a Performance Marketing Manager, where you will be responsible for driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You will manage paid media in the Google ecosystem, optimize campaigns, and allocate spend across markets and channels. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong analytical skills and a track record of measurable results in performance marketing.

• This is an IC role for someone who's equal parts strategic and operational, and who lets data drive the decisions
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize
• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads
• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization
• Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders
