Product Lead (Visitors)

Join Envoy, a leading visitor management platform, as a Product Lead. In this critical role, you will own and evolve a large portion of Envoy Visitors, impacting workplaces and their millions of occupants worldwide. You will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, strategy, and execution of your products, ensuring their success and quality. • Meticulously own vision, roadmap, strategy, and execution of your products.
• Launch products and be ultimately responsible for the success/failure of the products/features based on the goals/metrics you define.
• Be the primary switchboard and gather feedback from customers directly, our sales/success teams, and others cross-functionally to create an opinion and get things iterated, built, and launched.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B with enterprise exposure and 0-1 product building experience
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field
• You are impatient and expect things sooner than in a couple weeks, months or quarters
• You have a high bar for everything you build, including the way it looks and feels, spending the time necessary to achieve quality to winning standards. Especially in Enterprise software, notorious for putting quality by the wayside
• You create and hold yourself and your team to success metrics. You are data-driven, relying on numbers to persuade versus necessarily just high-paying customer anecdotes
• You rely on AI tooling and truly see it as a massive force multiplier and you are excited about constantly evolving yourself to best reap its benefits. You are also excited to share the AI discoveries that you're continuously making (and you expect the same of your peers too)
• You have a passion for workplaces, have strong end-user intuition and demand products you yourself can proudly use daily
• You thrive in ambiguous, low-guidance environments. You seek accountability and to own the success (and failure!) of everything you work on
