Trainer

Join MSX International, a global leader in providing innovative solutions and services to the automotive industry. As a Trainer, you will conduct training programs for employees and clients, evaluate training needs, and prepare and lead client training. You will also assist in training internal new hires, contribute to training evaluation, and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers. This position requires 80% travel.

• Conduct training and education programs for employees and external clients, and assist in evaluating training needs.
• Prepare and lead client training using a standardized curriculum, and conduct ongoing training of existing team members.
• Stay current on both sales and technical product knowledge, and work with other team members in the Training Department to assist in training plans.

• Develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge and those of your students
• Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize and set goals for productivity
• Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
• High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques as related to instruction
• Have a background in content delivery and creation using modern methods and technology.
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree (BSc) in education, other related courses, and/or a mix of relevant industry knowledge, experience and certifications
