Recruiting Coordinator

Join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in our hiring process. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end candidate experience, coordinating interviews, and serving as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment. • Coordination and scheduling of interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities.
• Ownership of the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, human, and high-touch.
• Identification, initiation, and driving of projects that improve and scale recruiting processes as the team grows.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proactive, clear, and warm follow-through
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the thread
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting fast in a rapidly changing startup environment
• 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Proficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred)
• Comfort operating in ambiguity. You take initiative, make decisions with incomplete information, and don't wait to be told what to do
