Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor)

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Contract Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will manage complex interview schedules, serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintain meticulous records, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers. This is a 120-day contract position with flexible PTO, work-from-home options, and a range of benefits including healthcare and a 401k program.

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Serving as the primary liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout their hiring journey.
• Maintaining meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Prioritization Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
• ATS Expertise: Proven proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever)
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a fast-paced administrative role
• Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth environment
• Workflow Efficiency: Strong track record of improving or scaling scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Positive Attitude: A passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience and a collaborative spirit
