Market Risk Senior Lead

Join Pagaya, a leading financial technology company, as a Senior Lead in Market Risk. In this role, you will provide oversight and analytical review of Pagaya's investment vehicles, counterparties, and overall market risks. You will assess the performance of financing vehicles, conduct market analyses, and provide second line oversight of liquidity, funding, and risk retention decisions. You will also evaluate the financial viability and creditworthiness of third parties and support coordination of due diligence requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit risk, asset-backed securities, and counterparty risk management, with excellent communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related tools.

• Assurer la supervision et l'analyse des véhicules d'investissement de Pagaya, des contreparties et des risques de marché.
• Évaluer la performance des véhicules de financement de Pagaya, en effectuant des analyses d'attribution et des évaluations indépendantes.
• Fournir une supervision de deuxième ligne de la liquidité, du financement et des décisions de rétention des risques.

• Demonstrated experience in Credit Risk, Asset-Backed Securities, and Counterparty Risk management, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to persuasively communicate complex issues and outstanding attention to detail
• CFA, FRM, MBA and/or other advanced credentials are a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and related Google suite tools, with ability to work with various data sources and tools. High degree of comfort preparing executive-level materials is a must
• Undergraduate degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a consumer finance/lending institution
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a complex and dynamic environment
• Ability to independently analyze problems and formulate recommendations/conclusions
• Familiarity with Intex and dv01 is a plus
