Business Compliance Associate (NetCredit)

Join Enova, a leading financial technology company, as a Business Compliance Associate in the NetCredit Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing issues throughout their lifecycle, executing customer remediations, and addressing regulatory and business requirements. You will collaborate cross-functionally, perform quality control reviews, track issue milestones, and maintain remediation policies. • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour aligner les besoins commerciaux et de conformité, et contribuer à la réparation des clients.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings
• Familiarity with SQL and Excel, proficiency preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5+ years in business operations, internal audit, operational risk, or related role in a high-regulated industry with hands-on experience with issue management, root cause analysis, and impact assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with tools such as Microstrategy, Grafana, and other monitoring dashboards is a plus
• 5+ years of project management experience executing initiatives from start to finish, including managing cross-functional stakeholders and authoring detailed business documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
