Senior Compliance Associate

Join Enova, a leading financial technology company, as a Senior Compliance Associate. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of programs, policies, and practices to ensure regulatory compliance across business units. You will track laws and regulations, assist in compliance diligence reviews, and act as a point of contact between business units and the Advisory team. This is a hybrid position with in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. • Assister à la mise en œuvre de programmes, de politiques et de pratiques pour garantir la conformité réglementaire des activités des unités commerciales.
• Suivre les lois et réglementations susceptibles d'affecter les politiques de l'organisation et soutenir la mise en œuvre des changements nécessaires.
• Agir en tant que point de contact entre les unités commerciales et l'équipe de conseil pour soutenir les demandes d'audit interne ou externe.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Can work independently or in a team
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Willingness to learn and assist with other compliance-related projects and initiatives
• Proficiency and self-sufficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications (namely, Word Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets). Experience with AI applications (Claude, Gemini, etc.) is a plus
• Regulatory compliance experience in a lending industry is a plus (e.g., installment lending, bank, mortgage company, thrift or credit union, commercial or consumer lending, etc.)
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Strong exposure in the implementation, training and/or monitoring of business operations for compliance with laws and regulations and established policies, business rules and procedures
