Job Description

As a Senior Team Manager in Mid-Market Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives, drive strategic sales cycles, and report on sales metrics. You should have 5+ years of solution sales experience, 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, focusing on their career growth within the organization.
- Actively participate in customer interactions, providing assistance to your team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Report on sales metrics and forecasts to senior sales management, using to manage the sales process and set performance standards.
