Job Description
Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives, drive sales growth, and report on metrics to senior management. You should have 5+ years of closing sales experience and 1+ year of experience managing and training Account Executives.
- Hiring, training, and managing a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve performance goals.
- Actively participating in customer interactions and assisting the team in closing deals.
- Reporting on sales metrics and forecasts to senior sales management, and motivating the team to exceed objectives.
