Account Executive Mid Market - Benelux

Join HiBob, a fast-growing HR tech company, as an Account Executive for the Mid Market in the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for closing deals valued at $80,000+ within organizations of 300+ employees. You should have at least 3 years of closing experience in a SaaS environment, be business fluent in Dutch, and have experience with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up environment.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment in the Benelux region.
• Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

• 3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environment
• Business fluent in Dutch (C2)
• Experience closing deals valued at $80,000+ within organizations of 300+ employees
• Experienced in MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology's
• Hunter and a closer - pipeline generation is second nature to you
• Experience with HR-tech environment is highly regarded
• Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment
• Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
• Adaptability to new initiatives
• A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
