Account Executive - Mid-Market (Spain)

Join HiBob, a fast-growing HR platform that helps mid-size businesses transform their people management. As an Account Executive for the Mid-Market in Spain, you will be responsible for closing deals, generating pipeline, and hitting revenue targets. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a SaaS environment, be business fluent in Spanish, and have experience closing deals valued at $80,000+ within organizations of 300+ employees.

• Identifying and targeting potential clients in the mid-market segment, particularly in Spain, to generate new business opportunities.
• Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while also identifying upsell opportunities.

• 3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environment
• Business fluent in Spanish (C2)
• Experience closing deals valued at $80,000+ within organizations of 300+ employees
• Experienced in MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology's
• Hunter and a closer - pipeline generation is second nature to you
• Experience with HR-tech environment is highly regarded
• Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment
• Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
• Adaptability to new initiatives
• A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
