Sales Engineer - Nordics (Amsterdam based)

Join HiBob, a fast-growing HR tech company that helps modern, mid-size businesses transform their people management. As a Sales Engineer for the Nordics, you will be responsible for running multi-stakeholder discovery, translating business requirements into configured demos or solution designs, and connecting technical solutions to business outcomes. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting role for B2B SaaS in the Nordics region, excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, and strong presentation and storytelling skills. Fluency in any of the Nordic languages and experience in the HR-tech space are nice-to-haves.

• Participate in the pre-sales process by conducting discovery sessions, understanding customer needs, and translating those into tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate the company's HR platform to potential clients, highlighting its features and benefits, and addressing any technical questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities, and to provide feedback for product improvements.

• 3+ years in a pre-sales Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting role for B2B SaaS in the Nordics region.
• Demonstrated experience running multi-stakeholder discovery and translating business requirements into a configured demo or solution design.
• Commercially minded: able to connect the technical solution to business outcomes and ROI, not just feature fit
• Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills.
• Self Starter with a curious mindset , resourceful, and solutions oriented.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (e.g.integrations).
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Be based or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.

Nice-To-Have:

• Fluency in any of the Nordics languages (C2 level), both written and spoken.
• Experience in the HR-tech space (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Payroll, LMS) or strong hands-on experience in HR, with a focus on HR systems and digital transformation.
• Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
