Sales Engineer Benelux (Amsterdam-based)

Join HiBob, a fast-growing HR platform that helps modern, mid-size businesses transform their people management. As a Sales Engineer for the Benelux region, you will play a crucial role in connecting technical solutions to business outcomes and driving success for our clients.

• Identifying and understanding customer needs, conducting discovery sessions, and translating business requirements into tailored solutions.
• Demonstrating the company's HR platform to potential clients, highlighting its features and benefits, and addressing any technical questions or concerns.
• Collaborating with sales teams to develop and implement strategies for closing deals, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business outcomes.

• 3+ years in a pre-sales Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting role for B2B SaaS in the Benelux region
• Demonstrated experience running multi-stakeholder discovery and translating business requirements into a configured demo or solution design
• Commercially minded: able to connect the technical solution to business outcomes and ROI, not just feature fit
• Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (e.g.integrations).
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Be based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience in the HR-tech space (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Payroll, LMS) or strong hands-on HR experience, with a focus on HR systems and digital transformation.
• Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
