Corporate New Logo Senior Account Executive (EMEA)

Join Lucid Software as a Senior Account Executive for the EMEA region. In this role, you will lead strategic business growth by identifying and pursuing new leads, generating and closing new pipeline, and effectively managing a book of accounts. You will develop and maintain expert knowledge of Lucid's offerings and share market insights with product and marketing teams. This position requires a hunter mentality for net new customers and a minimum of 3 years of closing experience in SaaS.

• Proactively identify and pursue new leads through direct outbound sourcing, and generate and close new pipeline across business segments.
• Effectively manage a book of accounts, creating reliable forecasts, and working with management to close open pipeline to achieve sales quota.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge on the features, benefits and application of Lucid suite offering, and understand the competitive landscape.

• Working with mid to large-sized customers
• BA/BS degree
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to work in the EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid work - 2 days in office, Tuesdays & Thursdays)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS (as an Account Executive or similar)
• Fluent in German or Nordic languages
• Experience with software sales (prospecting & closing)
• Experience with Salesforce, leads, contacts, and opportunities
• Maintaining clean Salesforce hygiene
• Ability to manage a large number of prospects and opportunities simultaneously
• Experience with Gong or similar workflow software
• Skilled in selling a product against direct and indirect competitors
