A selection of your responsibilities

• You respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, identify customers' needs and provide clear, helpful and professional support.
• You ensure a smooth and accurate order flow, from receiving orders to invoicing.
• You create, update and maintain customer accounts and ensure that customer information is complete and accurate.
• You support customers with webshop enquiries, online ordering, account access and other website-related issues.
• You assist with the day-to-day aministration of online webshops, including order follow-up, customer questions and issue resolution.
• You register and handle returns, claims and complaints in a timely manner and propose ways to prevent recurring issues.
• You maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, prices, promotions, procedures and online information to resolve customer questions effectively.
• You mainly support B2C customers, while also assisting professional customers such as retailers and wholesalers with orders, service requests and online tools.

We are looking for the following profile

• You are a native English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• You are customer-focused, empathetic, flexible and a strong communicator.
• You are confident handling a high volume of telephone calls and emails while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• You are comfortable using webshops, online platforms, Microsoft Office and customer or order-management systems.
• You can set priorities, organize your work and follow customer requests through to completion.
• You are enthusiastic, eager to learn and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are comfortable with routine administrative tastks and maintain a positive approach in every customer interaction.
• You have a commercial mindset and know how to combine customer focus with result-oriented working.
• You are available for a full-time position.
