People Business Partner (GTM)

You will collaborate with key stakeholders, advise on organizational design and workforce planning, and support talent initiatives. • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to support and achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with management to identify people needs and implement initiatives that align with strategic business goals.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies to build a scalable workforce.

• Working knowledge of employment law and its practical application
• 4–6+ years of HR Business Partner or People Business Partner experience
• Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies
• Experience with GTM team which include Sales, Partnerships, Account Directors, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Strategy and Business Development
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues, including investigations, independently
• Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training
