Senior People Business Partner

Join Workiva as a Senior People Business Partner, where you will collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales functions to develop and deliver strategic talent management programs. You will play a critical role in championing Workiva's culture, promoting open communication, effective teamwork, and strong employee relations practices. Your responsibilities will include organizational design, change management, employee relations, coaching, retention, compensation, and talent management. You will also analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and implement employee engagement activities for the GTM functions.

• Collaborate with organizational leadership to proactively identify and address organizational needs, assess talent landscape, and leadership development.
• Partner with the Global GTM People Business Partner team on global GTM talent programs and initiatives for regional alignment and execution.
• Coach management on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and management principles.

• Knowledge and understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations
• Up to 25% travel for internal meetings and business reviews
• Proven ability to effectively work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in a global high-growth tech or software company
• Reliable internet access for any period working remotely and not in a Workiva office
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
• Proven ability to coach, provide guidance, and influence
• Ability to drive collaboration across all levels with the ability to bring together stakeholders that can create solutions
• Experience executing strategic initiatives and operational plans
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with key business partners and all levels of employees across the company
• 6+ years progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines including organizational design, change management, employee relations, compensation, and talent management
• Previous experience supporting GTM & Sales organizations in a People Business Partner role or closely related function
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
