Senior HR Business Partner (G&A)

Join Hims & Hers as a Senior HR Business Partner, where you will be the dedicated People partner for our People, Finance, and Creative departments. You will work closely with leaders up to the Executive level to ensure their teams are aligned, high-performing, and set up to deliver on our ambitious business goals. This role requires advanced, wide-ranging experience in HR, with a focus on performance management, career development, and team dynamics. You will also assist leaders in planning their team structures and headcount needs, and independently analyze and resolve complex employee relations matters.

• Act as a dedicated People partner for the People, Finance, and Creative departments, working closely with leaders to ensure alignment and high performance.
• Drive the execution of the performance culture, leading the semi-annual review process and ensuring high-performing talent is recognized and rewarded.
• Independently analyze and resolve complex employee relations matters or organizational bottlenecks within the assigned functions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with experience supporting fast-paced G&A and creative organizations
• Solid understanding of HR principles and practices (compensation, performance, employment law, and org design) and how they apply to People, Finance and Creative teams
• Strong ability to persuade others and adapt your style to meet the needs of different functional stakeholders
