HR Business Partner Director (Technology)

• Partner with Technology business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align HR strategies to support business goals.
• Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, including organizational design, change management, employee relations, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Experience with change management
• Experience managing employee relations matters (investigation management)
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
• Proven track record of partnering with leaders to drive business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience supporting technical teams (technology, engineering, R&D & product)
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in HR as an HR business partner/generalist, including 3+ years supporting Technical Functions
• Up to 25% of travel is required
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
