Job Description
Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management. As a Senior Technical Duty Officer, you will lead critical incidents, improve incident tooling, and partner with SRE and engineering teams. You should have 5+ years of experience in SRE or production operations, proficiency in Python, and strong communication skills.
- Diriger et superviser les incidents critiques et bloquants, en assurant une résolution rapide.
- Améliorer les outils de la plateforme d'incidents, en optimisant les modèles et en automatisant les étapes de réponse répétitives.
