Job Description

Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management. As a Senior Incident Commander, you will lead critical incidents, improve incident tooling, and partner with SRE and engineering teams. You should have 5+ years of experience in SRE or production operations, proficiency in Python, and strong communication skills.

  • Diriger les incidents critiques et bloquants en coordonnant les ressources et en menant les ponts d'incidents interfonctionnels.
  • Améliorer les outils de la plateforme d'incidents en optimisant les modèles, en automatisant les étapes de réponse répétitives et en développant des outils.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes SRE et d'ingénierie pour approfondir la connaissance des dépendances de Box et mettre en œuvre des workflows automatisés.
