Senior Engineering Manager (AgentExchange Go To Market App)

• Lead and manage the software engineering team for the AppExchange Go To Market App, ensuring high-quality development and delivery of the platform.
• Drive architecture discussions and technical strategy, proactively resolving systemic issues and making data-driven decisions that support long-term product stability and scalability.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent, providing technical guidance and career development, and actively participating in hiring.

• You have experience leading teams and/or hands-on work with a major public cloud platform — Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — along with Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• You have a deep technical background in scalable, highly available platform development, with a focus on Java/Java Virtual Machine (JVM) languages and modern cloud architecture
• You have 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including 3+ years directly managing and mentoring high-performing software engineering teams
• You have a proven track record building reliable, self-healing services with robust automation and end-to-end service ownership
• You’ve led complex programs and managed cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
• You have a strong foundation in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with an emphasis on secure coding practices and code quality
• You’ve driven strategy around and actively used open-source technologies
• You have hands-on proficiency with AI development tools, with enough technical depth to evaluate architectural integrity and AI-generated output
• You have experience assessing candidates’ ability to formulate effective prompts, evaluate AI outputs, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows
