EWM Key user

Qualifications

• Engineering background Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, picking, inventory) Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (user or key user level) Understanding of logistics and material flow Basic SAP master data and process configuration awareness Problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills (business ↔ IT) Ability to train and support end users Responsibilities Act as the key user for SAP EWM, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of master data and system processes.
• Support, train, and guide SAP EWM users while developing and maintaining process documentation and work instructions.
• Participate in SAP EWM projects, including process design, gap analysis, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Ensure effective planning of customer orders, raw materials, production orders, and finished goods deliveries in line with customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying optimization opportunities, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
