Electronics Shift Leader

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and team leadership.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive team performance and achieve production KPIs.
• Good English skills; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of direct reports, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Ensure the achievement of operational and performance objectives within the assigned area.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators such as Productivity, First Time Through (FTF), Scrap, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and support on production equipment, resolving short-duration issues when possible.
• Ensure compliance with qualification and multi-skilling matrices to maintain workforce flexibility.
• Oversee machine condition, workplace organization, and adherence to 5S standards within the production area.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines.
• Evaluate, coach, develop, and motivate team members to support continuous improvement and performance excellence
