Job Description

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mechatronics Minimum 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Strong discipline abity to work within cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Quality assurance:

Ensure standards and testing protocols Testing Inspection:

  • Conduct product tests and inspections for compliance.

Troubleshooting:

  • Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement

  • Analyze production data and improve quality control processes.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) Documentation:

  • Maintain records, prepare quality reports.

Training Support

Train staff on quality standards and provide technical support.

Customer Feedback

Analyze complaints/returns and resolve quality issues.
